  • Please consider carpooling! Parking is always tight
  • Inclement Weather: When the lightning detection horn goes off, all Members must immediately leave the pool deck & Terrace until it is safe to return. The horn sounds twice consecutively to take cover & three times consecutively to indicate it is safe to return
    • During a meet – everyone is to go up to the ballroom by way of the terrace steps and congregate INSIDE.
    • Once the horn sounds, we will wait for 1 hour at the most before “calling” (cancelling) the meet. I know that there have been some meets where we have waited longer, but it is good to have a confirmed process for this. If it looks like there is no sign of it clearing up – we will just decide (with the opposing team) to reschedule so that families are not waiting inside the ballroom.
  • Please make sure athletes have clothes to wear should they need to enter the clubhouse either in case of inclement weather or to enjoy the buffet dinner and DJ.
